BWOF 12-2009-126
Just a quick post to show my excitement- BWOF finally has a coat pattern with lapels! I have about two years worth of issues, and this is first time they included this (at least in regular sizes.)
Lindsay T: About the Etro coat... yea, see, remember :) I wanna make one too, and this pattern is perfect!
Nice overcoat. How is your other jacket going?
ReplyDeleteVEry nice.
ReplyDeleteA lovely coat! Now let's see you make it (we know you can do it).
ReplyDeleteI love this one, too. Add it to the queue...
ReplyDeletePS. Am I the only one to notice that this is a mastectomy coat?!!! bust dart at right, but none at left. Hmmmmm.
ReplyDeleteIt is a perfect coat and one that doesn't have raglan sleeves! It will be on my must make list :O)
ReplyDeleteOh I hope you make that coat, I want to see it! I am working on #107 from 11-2006 which looks just like it. I know what you mean, it was hard to find a coat with lapels!
ReplyDeleteOoh, yeah, make this one, Birgitte! Perfect for an Etro knock-off.
ReplyDeleteWhat fabric are you going to use for this one? It's a good style for an interesting fabric.
ReplyDeleteThis is a great coat. What color will you make?
ReplyDeleteIt seems like you are right. This issue has fewer distinct styles than issues from a year or two ago. They get the same # of styles, only by remaking the patterns in different fabrics.
There are more crafts and accessories. Accessories make sense for a fashion magazine, but I am not so sure about the Christmas ornaments.
Fortunately, there are several things in this issue I want to make.
